John E. Stogran

John E. Stogran has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Since March 2020, they have been the Managing Member at Radcliffe Consulting LLC. Prior to that, they worked as the President of Bridgeport Development Authority for the City of Bridgeport, WV starting in January 2006. From December 2014 to March 2020, they served in land administration at Equitrans Midstream Corporation. Before that, they worked in G&P Business Development at Dominion Energy for 25 years, starting in March 1989 and ending in November 2014. John E. also held the position of Vice President Loan Review at Empire National Bank from 1985 to 1989, and at Lowndes Bank from 1977 to 1985.

John E. Stogran's education history begins in 1970 when they attended Brownsville Area High School and obtained their diploma in College Prep in 1973. John E. then went on to study at Salem University from 1978 to 1985, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Banking. During the same period, from 1978 to 1985, they also pursued a certification in Banking and Finance at the American Institute of Banking. Later, in 2008, they attended the FBI Citizens' Academy and obtained a certification in Law, Investigations, White Collar Crime, Counterterrorism, Counterintelligence, and Profiling.
