Randy Breault

Randy Breault has a diverse work experience, with their most recent position being the Director of Public Works/City Engineer at the City of Brisbane. Randy was previously employed as a Managing Engineer at Brown & Caldwell and as a Capital Projects Manager at Calleguas Municipal Water District. Prior to that, they served as a Branch Manager at MardenSusco and as the General Manager & Vice-President at Wai Utilities Supply Company. Randy'searliest work experience was in the United States Marine Corps, where they held the rank of Captain and served as an Infantry Officer.

Randy Breault holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Loyola Marymount University. Prior to that, they attended the United States Air Force Academy from 1977 to 1981, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree.
