David Rudd

David Rudd possesses extensive experience in training, development, and leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Bristol Library Foundation and as Chair of the Health and Education Board in Bristol, Tennessee, David also functions as the Sports Public Address Announcer for the Bristol Stateliners Baseball Team. An Adjunct Instructor at the University of Maryland Baltimore Campus since 2017, David teaches courses in the Learning and Performance Technology Master’s Degree Program. A retired Director of Training and Development from the U.S. Department of Justice, David has held numerous leadership positions, including Acting Deputy Assistant Inspector General and Chief of the Human Resources Training Branch at USDA. David's educational background includes a Master of Science in Training & Performance Improvement from Capella University and a Master of Education in Adult Education and Development from Strayer University.
