John Windlow

John Windlow is an experienced transportation project engineer with a career spanning over two decades in civil engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Transportation Project Engineer for the City of Broken Arrow since August 2021, Windlow previously held positions at McClelland Consulting Engineers, Inc. as a Project Engineer, and at Benham, a Haskell Company and Leidos, both as a Civil Engineer. Initial roles included Transportation Engineer positions at Professional Engineering Consultants, P.A. and RS&H, as well as serving as an Issue Resolution Specialist at Bucyrus International. Windlow’s professional journey began at the Texas Department of Transportation as an Engineer Assistant, focusing on compliance and operational reviews. Windlow earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1999.
