Lisa Ford is a dedicated public servant with extensive experience in community engagement and crime prevention. Currently serving as the Broken Arrow City Councilor for Ward 2 since April 2021, Lisa previously ran for the same position and has a strong background as a Crime Prevention Specialist and Community Liaison with the Broken Arrow Police Department from 2001 to February 2021. In this role, Lisa coordinated numerous special events, managed a volunteer program, and served as a nationally recognized trainer in crime prevention and public safety initiatives. Additionally, Lisa contributed to the Union School Board of Education from April 2017 to December 2020, where responsibilities included policy establishment for local education. Prior to these roles, Lisa was the Program Administrator for the Citizens Crime Commission, overseeing impactful programs related to community safety. Lisa is a graduate of Will Rogers High School and has pursued further education at the college level.
