Rob Holt is an experienced purchasing and sales professional with a diverse background in customer service and team leadership. Since January 2019, Rob has worked as a Buyer for the City of Broken Arrow, following a tenure at Bentonville Public Schools in the Facilities Department and several roles at ORS Nasco, including Product Information Supervisor and Inside Sales Team Lead. Rob has a proven track record of coaching and mentoring teams to exceed performance goals, managing customer relationships, and implementing efficient processes. Previous experience also includes roles at U.S. Cellular, Sysco, and various other organizations, showcasing a commitment to customer satisfaction and business development. Rob holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Oklahoma Junior College.
