Scott Carr

Scott Carr has extensive experience in information technology and management, currently serving as the Director of Information Technology for the City of Broken Arrow, where responsibilities include overseeing the IT Department and various systems supporting all city departments. Carr holds multiple director-level positions, including a role on the Board of Directors for Mayes County Rural Water District No. 9 and managing director at Unktomee, LLC, focused on executive consulting and cybersecurity readiness. Previous experience includes senior IT leadership roles at Clarion Events North America, PennWell, and significant contributions to media and technology organizations. Scott Carr holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Capella University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Oral Roberts University.
