Heather Dunn

Heather Dunn is a seasoned Information Technology leader currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at Syneos Health since October 2023. Prior to this role, Dunn worked as the IT Business Solutions Manager at Kohler Co from December 2021 to October 2023, where responsibilities included driving digital transformation within the Sales and Marketing functions and aligning technology strategies with business objectives. Dunn's prior experience at SAS encompassed roles as both Information Technology Business Relationship Manager and Senior Information Technology Program Manager, focusing on strategic technology initiatives and the implementation of Oracle Fusion SaaS globally. At Cummins Inc, Dunn held several positions, including Program Manager, where management of global ECommerce ERP implementations across multiple regions was key.
