Ryan Miller

Ryan Miller, AICP, currently serves as City Planner for the City of Brookings since November 2020. Prior to this role, Ryan worked as a Development & Planning Specialist for the City of Fergus Falls from July 2015 to November 2020 and as an Associate Planner at the Arrowhead Regional Development Commission from August 2014 to July 2015. Ryan's earlier career includes positions at UnitedHealthcare as a Senior Customer Service Representative and Voya Financial as a Customer Service Representative. Educationally, Ryan holds a Master of Arts in Urban Planning from Minnesota State University, Mankato (2018-2020) and a Bachelor of Arts in Planning and Community Development from St. Cloud State University (2005-2009).
