Monica Llanas

Monica Llanas currently serves as a BARCC Adoption Specialist for the City of Brownsville, Texas, since July 2023, and also works as a Local Store Marketer for Texas Roadhouse, starting June 2022. Previously, Monica held the position of Marketing Specialist at UTRGV Student Media from July 2020 to December 2021, where significant contributions included a 95% revenue increase through effective advertisement sales and creative marketing campaigns. Monica's earlier experience as an AmeriCorps Member from January 2020 to May 2020 further complements a strong background in community service. Monica earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from UTRGV Robert C. Vackar College of Business and Entrepreneurship between 2018 and 2021.
