Lacey Lively has a diverse work experience in communications and marketing roles. Lacey currently serves as the Communications & Marketing Director for the City of Bryan. In their previous role as the Marketing Manager for the City of College Station, they were responsible for overseeing website content, analyzing website analytics, managing social media platforms, and executing marketing plans. Prior to that, Lacey worked as a Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator and a Public Communications Assistant for the same city, where they focused on marketing efforts, social media management, and content creation. Before joining the public sector, they worked as an Internet Marketing Consultant for The Bryan-College Station Eagle and as an Advanced Web Designer for Ranch House Designs, Inc. In these roles, they managed various marketing platforms and handled web design and content maintenance tasks.
Lacey Lively's education history begins in 2007 when they enrolled at Texas A&M University. Lacey pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Communications and Journalism, completing their studies in 2009.
In addition to their degree, Lacey also obtained several certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2009, they attended the Citizens Fire Academy offered by the City of College Station. Following this, in 2012, they participated in the Citizens Police Academy, also provided by the City of College Station.
Continuing their professional development, Lacey completed the Basic Public Information Officer certification offered by the Texas Department of Public Safety in May 2013. The following year, in March 2014, they obtained a certification in Change Management Process from Prosci.
Lacey's commitment to professional growth led their to pursue advanced training. In July 2015, they completed the Certified Public Communicator Program at Texas Christian University.
