Paul Kaspar

Paul Kaspar has extensive experience in civil engineering, beginning as a Graduate Civil Engineer at W.S. Allen & Associates from July 1994 to April 1997. Subsequently, Paul served as a Graduate Civil Engineer at the City of College Station from April 1997 to September 1998. Since September 1998, Paul has been with the City of Bryan, advancing through various roles including Graduate Civil Engineer, Assistant City Engineer, Interim City Engineer, and currently serving as City Engineer.
