Ray Arrington has been a proud resident of Bryan since 1954, leaving only as needed during his 23 years of honorable military service. He was raised on the west side of Bryan with strong family values, education and a hard work ethic. Councilmember Arrington is a 1967 graduate of E.A. Kemp High School, and attended Wiley College in Marshall, Texas. After joining the United States Air Force, Councilmember Arrington finished his education at the University of Colorado.
After his military service, he has dedicated and focused his energies on supporting his community while working toward a more aggressive and productive city that will not only strive for a better quality of life, but a better quality of living.
