Lisa Barr

Lisa Barr has extensive experience in law enforcement communications and customer service management. Beginning a career as a Police Dispatcher at California State University, Long Beach, Lisa held various roles at the Buena Park Police Department, ultimately serving as Dispatcher Supervisor, where responsibilities included organizing personnel assignments and overseeing employee evaluations. Additionally, Lisa worked as Dispatch Administrator at West Cities Police Communications, focusing on personnel management, operational activities, and compliance with public safety standards. In the customer service realm, Lisa served as Director of Customer Service at Lexipol, developing customer service strategies and managing departmental operations. Since December 2022, Lisa has been retired, following a robust career in public safety communications and service management. Education includes an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from Cypress College.
