Honrado F.

Honrado F. has extensive experience in information technology and systems management, currently serving as Deputy Commissioner with the City of Buffalo, New York since April 2001, where previous roles included System Administrator, System Analyst, and Computer Programmer. Prior to this, Honrado F. worked as a Help Desk Associate at Buffalo State College from November 1998 to March 2001. Honrado F. holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Buffalo State University, obtained between 1996 and 2001, and graduated with a high school diploma from Cardinal Hayes High School in 1996.
