Scott Billman

Scott Billman is the Senior Director of Administration and Finance at the City of Buffalo Urban Renewal Agency. With a background in law, Scott has held positions such as General Counsel for BURA and Appellate Attorney at Hurwitz & Fine, P.C. Scott also served as a Board Member for the City of Buffalo Planning Board. Scott's legal experience includes representing corporations, municipalities, and insurance carriers in various litigation matters. Scott holds a JD from Cleveland Marshall College of Law and has a Bachelor's degree in Comparative Legal Studies.
