Scott C. Billman

Scott Billman is the Senior Director of Administration and Finance at City of Buffalo Urban Renewal Agency. Prior to this role, Scott was the General Counsel at the same agency. Scott also served as a Board Member at City of Buffalo Planning Board. With a background in law, Scott worked as an Appellate Attorney at Hurwitz & Fine, P.C. and as an Associate Attorney at Williams, Welser & Kratcoski PC. Scott holds a Doctor of Law degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law.
