Kyra Lubell

Kyra Lubell is an experienced urban planning professional currently serving as Development Planner II with the City of Burnaby since October 2016, following a tenure as Social Planner. Prior experience includes roles as a Planner/Policy Analyst with the City of Vancouver, Director of Community Relations at ParkLane Homes, and a Research Analyst Intern with the Province of Ontario. Kyra began their career as a Planning Assistant and Engineering Assistant at the City of Vancouver. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Urban Planning from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Education from The University of British Columbia, and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Victoria.
