Neale Quan

Neale Quan is an experienced professional in engineering systems and GIS with over 16 years in the industry. Since April 2015, Neale has served as the (Acting) Engineering Systems Coordinator and previously as a GIS Technician for the City of Burnaby. Prior to this role, Neale worked at Anglo American Metallurgical Coal from February 2007 to January 2015 as the Land Use & GIS Coordinator, focusing on land tenure and permit applications while ensuring compliance with federal and provincial regulations. Neale holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from Simon Fraser University, obtained between 1996 and 2000.
