Russell Stairs

Russell Stairs is an experienced professional currently serving as an Engineering Information Clerk for the City of Burnaby since March 2021, providing customer service and administrative support for development projects. Previous roles include a Line Setter/Line Cook at Tap & Barrel Restaurants, where kitchen operations and cooking duties were managed, and Deputy Returning Officer for Élections Canada during the 2019 Federal election.
