Sam Aljubori P.eng. Pmp, Mpm.

Sam Aljubori P.Eng., PMP, MPM, currently serves as a faculty member in the Department of Project Management at Vancouver Community College since May 2024. Previously, Sam held multiple roles at the City of Burnaby, including Sr. Manager of Civic Building Special Projects and Senior Project Manager from November 2020. Prior experience includes leading civic facility projects at the City of Coquitlam, where responsibilities encompassed managing capital construction projects, stakeholder coordination, and overseeing construction document production from June 2017 to October 2020. Sam's career also includes positions at FI2Ok INC. as Manager of Project Management, Arenco as Senior Project Manager in the UAE, and Civilco as Construction Project Manager. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Al-Mustansery University, a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Brighton College, an Award of Achievement in Project Management from The University of British Columbia, and a Master Project Manager designation from the American Academy of Project Management.
