Ghannam Almazrouei

Ghannam AlMazrouei is an accomplished leader currently serving as Secretary General of the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council at NAFIS UAE since September 2021, and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange since January 2024. Additionally, AlMazrouei holds board membership positions at Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi and the Abu Dhabi Pension Fund. Previously, AlMazrouei was Director of Group Human Capital at ADNOC Group from May 2012 to September 2021 and Chairman of ADNOC Schools from 2019 to 2021. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Financial Economics from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from Suffolk University.
