Swapna Tembhekar

Swapna Tembhekar is a seasoned professional in enterprise architecture and business relationship management, currently serving as Senior Manager at the City of Burnaby since April 2016. In this role, Swapna leads business capability and technology roadmapping, as well as enterprise and solution architecture. Previous experience includes positions as Solutions Architect at the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia, where a strategic roadmap for business transformation was developed, and Practice Leader for SAP Master Data Management at Infosys, focusing on enterprise data management. Additional roles include Enterprise Data Lead at Weyerhaeuser and Project Manager at Capgemini, where leadership in developing enterprise web applications resulted in significant ROI. Swapna holds an MBA in Finance and Technology from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
