Jarom Wagoner

Jarom Wagoner, AICP, currently serves as the Mayor of Caldwell, Idaho, where efforts focus on fostering orderly growth and enhancing community pride. With a background that includes roles as a City Council Member and Senior Planner for Caldwell, along with ownership of Soda Burst and JP Wagoner Planning, Jarom brings extensive experience in municipal planning and development. Jarom's legislative experience as a member of the Idaho House of Representatives and previous positions with the Ada County Highway District and Canyon County Development Services further strengthen a strong foundation in land use and community development. Jarom holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Economics from Arizona State University's W. P. Carey School of Business, complemented by studies at Boise State University.
