Ryan Lippincott

Ryan Lippincott is a seasoned civil engineer currently serving as Principal Engineer for the City of Camarillo Government since September 2023. Previously, Lippincott worked as Engineering Manager for the County of Ventura and held positions at MKN and GSE Construction Company, Inc., where notable projects included various wastewater and reservoir improvements. Lippincott's career began as an Associate Engineer at Merced Irrigation District, with earlier roles as a Project Engineer Intern and Engineering Technician. Lippincott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
