Wendy Levy

Wendy Levy is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director for the City of Camarillo Government since March 2025. Prior to this role, Wendy held the position of Human Resources Director for the City of Santa Barbara from December 2018 to March 2025, where responsibilities included leading human resources initiatives aligned with the city's mission and enhancing employee engagement. Previous experience also includes serving as a Senior Human Resources Analyst for the City of Oxnard and various roles at King County, WA, including Senior Project Program Manager and Labor Analyst, where expertise spanned employee relations, staffing, compensation, and strategic HR program development. Wendy's early career included a position as a Human Resource Analyst with Pierce County, focusing on comprehensive HR lifecycle functions. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Regis University.
