Sharon Livingstone

Sharon Livingstone has over 40 years of experience in the non-profit sector, contributing as a volunteer, executive director, and board member. Currently serving as the Chair of the Cambridge Council on Aging, Sharon advocates for older adults by focusing on creating age-friendly communities, reducing isolation, and combating ageism. Additionally, Sharon holds various leadership roles, including Interim Chair of the Cambridge Shelter Corporation and a member of the Community Wellbeing Advisory Committee for the City of Cambridge Ontario. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Waterloo, a BA in Gerontology from McMaster University, and an MSc. in Family Relations and Gerontology from the University of Guelph, supplemented by skills in research, teaching, facilitation, case management, and program evaluation.
