Todd Morley

Todd Morley has extensive experience in municipal management and economic development, currently serving as the City Manager for the City of Cape Canaveral since February 2002, where previous roles included Economic Development Director, Community & Economic Development Director, and Building Official. Prior to this, Todd Morley owned Todd Morley Construction from March 1994 to February 2002 as a Florida Certified Building Contractor. Todd Morley holds two degrees from the University of Central Florida: a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management.
