Chris Caglioti has over three decades of experience in water treatment and operations, currently serving as Chief Operator at the City of Cape Coral North RO Plant since October 1988. In addition, Chris holds a Class A license as a drinking water treatment plant operator and is certified as an Instrument and Controls Technician (ISA CCST 1). Prior to this role, Chris worked as a Sous Chef at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Naples, Florida, from September 1985 to July 1988. Chris's academic background includes advanced water treatment operations from the University of Florida Treeo Center and a degree in Water Treatment Studies from Cal State Sacramento, along with further education at Michigan State University in the realm of advanced water treatment operations.
