Hugo Delgado

Hugo Delgado is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Stormwater Manager and Principal Engineer for the City of Cape Coral since March 2019. Previously, Hugo held the position of Construction Manager at American Water from September 2015 to June 2017, and Project Manager at CDM Smith from June 2011 to September 2015. Early in the career, Hugo worked as a Project Engineer at Professional Engineering Services from March 2009 to June 2011, and spent a decade as Senior Director at Puerto Rico Aqueduct & Sewer Authority, overseeing operations and maintenance of a significant water and sewer utility. Hugo holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
