Todd Hoagland

Todd Hoagland, CEP, serves as the Code Compliance Division Manager for the City of Cape Coral since September 2015, overseeing various code and ordinance violations, issuing citations, and preparing judicial cases. Additionally, Todd has been an Adjunct Instructor at the Florida Institute of Government since January 2018, teaching code enforcement modules. Previous experience includes roles such as Workplace Safety Coordinator at Twin Oaks Community Services, Deputy Emergency Management Coordinator for East Windsor Township Office of Emergency Management, and Police Lieutenant for the Township of East Windsor. Todd also owned Traffic Safety Solutions, LLC, specializing in work zone safety plans. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Administrative Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Colorado State University.
