Bob Kutak

Bob Kutak is an experienced Traffic Operations Manager for the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, overseeing the maintenance and operation of 22 traffic-controlled intersections and managing several key programs, including pavement management and utility excavation inspection. Previously, Bob held the position of Director of Public Works for the Village of Forest Park, where responsibilities encompassed planning and directing various activities within the Public Works department, including engineering, water/wastewater management, and street maintenance. Bob holds a Certificate of Achievement in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and graduated with a diploma from St. Joseph High School.
