Chrystal Davis

Chrystal Davis has over two decades of experience in human resources and management, currently serving as the Assistant City Manager for The City of Carrollton, TX since March 2005. In this role, Chrystal assists in the development, planning, and implementation of city goals, providing high-level administrative direction to various departments including Parks & Recreation and Workforce Services. Prior to this, Chrystal was the Workforce Services Director, overseeing HR functions for over 850 employees across multiple locations. Additional experience includes serving as the Human Resource & Development Manager at Financial Center Credit Union and as a Trainer at Providian Financial. Chrystal holds a degree in Business Administration from California State University, Stanislaus.
