Kim Bybee

Kim Bybee has extensive experience in the field of parks and athletics management, having worked for the City of Carrollton since October 2003 in various roles, including Parks Manager, Athletics Manager, Athletics Supervisor, Tennis Center Supervisor, and Athletics Coordinator. Prior to this, Kim Bybee served as the Director of Soccer Partner for the Dallas Sidekicks from January 2003 to September 2003. Kim Bybee holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology with a specialization in Sport Management from Texas A&M University (1998-2002) and a Master’s Degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies from the University of North Texas (2003-2006).
