Pamela Lloyd

Pamela Lloyd has over three decades of experience in the engineering and design fields, currently serving as a Construction Coordinator and previously as a Senior Engineering Technician for the City of Carrollton since August 2014. Prior to this role, Pamela Lloyd founded and operated Lloyd Design & Resources from March 1995 to August 2023. Early in their career, Pamela Lloyd worked as a Cadd Manager/Network Administrator at MSQ Engineering, Inc. from May 1990 to March 1995 and as a Senior Cadd Technician at Carter & Burgess from September 1984 to May 1990. Educationally, Pamela Lloyd holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Drafting/Design Engineering Technologies/Technicians from Phillips Community College of the University of Arkansas.
