Ray Jackson has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to building inspection, zoning codes, and construction document review. Ray started their career in 1994 as a Quality Manager for John Weiland Homes and Neighborhoods in Atlanta, Georgia. In 1998, they joined the City of Carrollton and served as a Senior Building Zoning Codes Officer for nearly 9 years. From 2007 to 2014, Ray worked as a Senior Plans Examiner, responsible for reviewing commercial construction documents and providing consultation to construction professionals. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Building Inspector at the City of Carrollton, overseeing project management and supervising inspection staff.
