Robert Lennox serves as the Assistant City Manager and Director of Community Services/Parks & Recreation for the City of Carson, California, since September 2020. Previously, Robert was the Principal Consultant at Lennox Consulting and held various leadership roles, including Community Services Director for the cities of Menifee and Yucaipa, Deputy Director of Parks, Recreation and Community Services in San Bernardino, and Recreation Supervisor in Riverside. Robert's career also includes experiences as an Executive Director at CORE Educational Services and a Management Consultant in Los Angeles. Academically, Robert holds a Doctor of Education degree in Organizational Change and Leadership from USC Rossier School of Education, a Master of Arts in Kinesiology from California State University, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Arts in Ethnic Studies from UC San Diego, complemented by a Public Affairs Fellows Program from Coro Southern California.
