Carmen Wilson

Carmen Wilson currently serves as the Team Leader for the Youth Counselling and Support Service at the City of Casey since May 2023. Previously, Carmen held the position of Senior Therapeutic Specialist at Key Assets (Australia), where responsibilities included clinical leadership, therapeutic support for carers, and collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance the well-being of children and young people. Carmen's experience also encompasses roles at MOIRA as a Family Reconciliation Practitioner, Hollyburn Family Services as a Youth Worker, and as a Disability Support Worker at Omega Support Group. Educational background includes a Master of Counselling from City University of Seattle and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Simon Fraser University. Additionally, Carmen has gained practical skills through various positions in community and youth support service roles.
