Owen Gwynne

Owen Gwynne is an experienced program and project manager with a strong background in healthcare, transformation, and strategic program delivery. Currently serving as Program Manager - Customer at the City of Casey, Owen's previous roles include Project Director for Major Projects at HealthShare Victoria, where the focus was on business transformation in the health sector, and Head of Project Management Office and Change Management at Zenitas Healthcare, leading integration initiatives for acquired businesses. Owen has also contributed to the National Disability Insurance Agency in reforming disability services, founded Falls House Group to facilitate business transitions, and held significant leadership positions at Melbourne Airport and the Department of Treasury and Finance, Victoria, among others. Owen holds a leadership certificate from Columbia Business School, a Graduate Diploma in Marketing from Monash University, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from La Trobe University.
