Stephen Ward

Stephen Ward currently serves as the Head of Payroll for the City of Casey, leading a team of payroll professionals since November 2023. Prior to this role, Stephen was the Payroll Manager at Luxury Escapes, managing multi-national payroll across multiple platforms from August 2022 to November 2023. From February 2016 to August 2022, Stephen worked as a People and Culture/Payroll Specialist at Futurity Investment Group and briefly held the position of Payroll and Reporting Officer at ASG, where responsibilities included payroll execution for teams in Australia and New Zealand. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Payroll Technical Manager at Bunnings, overseeing various payroll compliance and administration functions from August 2012 to January 2016, and as Payroll Team Leader at Lion Co from January 2007 to January 2012. Stephen holds a Graduate Diploma in Management from Monash University and completed VCE at Ballam Park Technical School.
