Cindy Guiles is an experienced professional with a diverse background in administrative support, counseling, and leadership development. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Assistant for the City of Casselberry since March 2022, Cindy has previously held positions as an Administrative Assistant at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough and as an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist at both Principal Law Firm and A.P. Accounting & Tax Services. Earlier experience includes a role as a Patient Representative at UCHealth, where investigations of patient care concerns were led in accordance with CMS and Joint Commission guidelines. Cindy's leadership skills were honed over two decades as the Director of the Stetson University Wesley Foundation, focusing on board development, student counseling, and strategic program development. Education includes a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida State University.
