Ipma-Scp Eugenia Torres

Eugenia Torres, IPMA-SCP, has over 20 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as Human Resources Manager for the City of Cathedral City since August 2002. Previous roles include Human Resources Coordinator and Human Resources Specialist within the same city government. Prior to this, Eugenia held various positions at Renaissance Esmeralda Resort from August 1994 to August 2002, including Human Resources Manager, Workers’ Compensation Coordinator, recruiter, and administrative assistant. Eugenia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, obtained in 2012.
