Manuel Rocha

Manuel Rocha is currently serving as an Assistant Planner for the City of Cathedral City since October 2023. Prior experience includes roles as an Assistant Planner at the City of Indio from December 2021 to June 2023, Planning Technician II, and Permit Technician with the City of Cathedral City, as well as a Business Solutions Consultant for the County of Riverside - EDA from May 2019 to July 2021. Additionally, Manuel Rocha worked as a Recreation Leader for the City of La Quinta from November 2017 to October 2019. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of California, Riverside, and a Master of Public Administration in Public Financial Management from California State University-San Bernardino.
