Lisa Lewis

Lisa Lewis currently serves as Officer Development Manager for the City of Charlotte since April 2024. Previously, from September 2017 to April 2024, Lisa held the position of Leadership Development Manager at Octapharma Plasma, Inc., where responsibilities included leading the design and execution of comprehensive leadership development programs. Prior to this, Lisa was the Corporate Training Development Manager at Sharonview Federal Credit Union from August 2015 to August 2017, focusing on onboarding and compliance training. Lisa holds a Master of Liberal Arts in Organizational Behavior Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Business Communication, both from Winthrop University.
