Mark Schuller

Mark Schuller has extensive experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as the City Administrator and Human Resource Manager for the City of Cheney, Washington since October 2009. Prior to this role, Mark worked as a Human Resource Associate at Eastern Washington University from September 2003 to September 2009, and held positions such as Director of Human Resources at TechGroup Inc. and Human Resource Business Unit Leader at Alliance Compressors between 2000 and 2000. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Human Resource Management, as well as a Master of Labor and Human Resource Management, both from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
