Monica Wilburn

Monica Wilburn is currently employed at the City of Chesapeake as the Assistant to the City Manager and Records/Freedom of Information Act Manager. Previously, Monica worked as a Paralegal at Shapiro, Brown & Alt and as a Legal Assistant at Cohen Baldinger & Greenfeld, LLC. Monica is pursuing a Master's degree in Public Administration at Old Dominion University, after completing a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Affairs at the University of Mary Washington.
