Patty Fletcher is an experienced administrative professional with a diverse background in executive assistance and public health support. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the City Manager at the City of Poway since March 2022, Patty previously held roles such as Senior Administrative Assistant in Development Services and Case Investigator for the County of San Diego, where responsibilities included contact tracing and health education during the COVID-19 pandemic. Patty’s extensive hospitality experience includes positions at various Marriott properties and Kimpton Hotel Palomar San Diego, focusing on guest relations, operational coordination, and executive support. Patty holds educational credentials from the University of Maryland, Miramar College, Grossmont College, and the College of DuPage.
