Morris Desimone

Morris DeSimone has extensive experience in aerospace and defense, currently serving as an Advisory Board Member for the Chesapeake Airport Authority, providing governance support since September 2022. At AUSGAR Technologies Inc., Morris has been a Focus Area Lead for the Department of Navy’s SBIR Experimentation Cell, fostering collaboration between small businesses and the DoN since September 2019. Previously, as a Program Analyst IV, Morris supported naval operations, while earlier roles included significant contributions at Apogee Engineering, where advisory expertise was key to establishing the Information Warfare Enterprise. With a robust foundation in aviation logistics and avionics honed during a decade with the United States Marine Corps, Morris has held critical leadership positions, ensuring operational readiness across various aviation platforms. Morris holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Arkansas Grantham.
