Currently serving as the Lead GIS Analyst/CAD Technician for the City of Chesterfield since June 2018, Elliot has previously held positions such as Road Network Coordinator/GIS Data Analyst at the Indiana Department of Transportation and contracted HPMS Coordinator/GIS Data Analyst at CSCI Consulting, Inc. Elliot's established expertise includes managing local route networks, facilitating highway performance monitoring, and engaging in statewide GIS initiatives through the Indiana Geographic Information Council. An alumnus of Indiana University Bloomington, Elliot holds a Bachelor's degree in Geography and Geological Sciences and has actively contributed to regional planning and community discussions throughout a diverse career spanning over a decade.
