Billy Aldridge has a diverse work experience in law enforcement and military service. Billy started their career as a Staff Sergeant in the US Air Force from June 1995 to August 2002. After that, they joined the Butte County Sheriff's Office as a Deputy Sheriff from September 2001 to February 2005. From February 2005 onwards, they worked for the City of Chico Police Department, where they held several positions, including Police Officer, Police Sergeant, Police Commander, and Police Captain. Currently, they serve as the Chief of Police for the City of Chico.
Billy Aldridge completed a Master's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management at Capella University. Billy pursued this degree from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they also obtained a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Capella University, which they completed in 2007.
